THE STORY BEHIND THE LEGACY
For years, Jessica and I shared the dream of building something of our own.
Like many families, we spent years working demanding careers while raising our children and building a life together. While we were grateful for those opportunities, we always knew we wanted to create something that reflected our values, our work ethic, and our commitment to serving others.
That dream became more realistic when our family moved to Maryville in 2025. Having always loved East Tennessee and the Smoky Mountains, we suddenly found ourselves living in a community filled with opportunities to serve property owners and vacation rental hosts.
Property care wasn't simply a business idea—it was a way to combine our attention to detail, commitment to service, and passion for helping people into something meaningful.
The name Legacy Ridge reflects what matters most to us. It represents the values we hope to pass on to our children, the relationships we build with our clients, and the long-term impact we hope to create through our work.
Our goal has never been to become the biggest company in the Smokies.
